COVID-19 UPDATES (MARCH 2022)
**If You Test Positive for COVID-19 (Isolate)**
Everyone, regardless of vaccination status:
-
Stay home for at least 5 days with or without symptoms. If symptoms arise or continue
past the 5 day mark remain home, call your doctor and notify your immediate supervisor. -
If you have no symptoms or your symptoms are resolving after 5 days, you can leave your house.

Continue to wear a mask around others and ALWAYS while at work.
If you have a fever, continue to stay home until your fever resolves.
Are you considered fully vaccinated now?
YES:
-
Have received a booster shot 6 months after your second Pfizer/Moderna vaccine dose.
-
Have received a booster shot 2 months after your Johnson & Johnson vaccine shot.
-
Completed the primary series of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines within the last 6 months.
-
Completed the primary series of J&J vaccine within the last 2 months.
NO:
-
Completed the primary series of Pfizer or Moderna vaccine over 6 months ago and are not boosted.
-
Completed the primary series of J&J over 2 months ago and are not boosted.
-
Are unvaccinated.

Are you taking the recommended precautions after being exposed as a fully vaccinated person?
YES:
-
Wearing a mask around others for 10 days after exposure.

Test on day 5.

If symptoms develop quarantine and test at day 5.
Are you taking the recommended precautions after being exposed as a non-vaccinated person?
YES:

Stay home for 5 days as soon as exposure has been identified. After those 5 days, and if you are asymptomatic, continue to wear a mask around others for 5 additional days.

Test on day 5.

If you cannot quarantine you must wear a mask for 10 days.
WITH THE ABOVE INFORMATION IN MIND OWC WILL RE-IMPLEMENT THE FOLLOWING:

1. We will resume temperature checks prior to admission into the building or am pick up on our vehicles.
2. Stringent cleaning and sanitizing during our daily programs and at end of day.
3. Visitor limitations & screening
4. Cleaning of all touched areas of the bathroom after each use, with documentation
5. Tightening up on mask wearing
6. Universal precautions reminders
7. Resume hand sanitizer usage for high touched areas such as the copier, etc.
8. Clean vans daily with the UV light
9. We will remain with indoor mask wearing for all employees and education of such to all of our individuals.
10. OWC reserves the right to go back to virtual programing if we see another up-tick in additional COVID cases within our agency.

Please always remain in touch with your direct manager, keeping them up-to-date on your status so that they can plan the needs for their programs.
**All weekly testers must continue to test weekly unless you tested positive then you will wait 90 days for your next test, HR will assist you with this calculation.
With the above information being said, please be careful and safe in all you do.OWC as a whole agency has done very well since the beginning of Covid and we want to continue to do so.Please remember that if you develop symptoms, contact your doctor, stay home and notify your supervisor immediately.
